Fiona has been in the fitness industry for 18 years teaching in leisure centres, gyms, village halls, care homes, schools, nurseries, community hospitals and in the last year teaching in secured mental health hospitals/wards.  Fiona is extremely passionate about teaching and loves helping others, guiding them along the way to a better health and wellness.

During the unfortunate events of Covid-19 pandemic, Fiona found herself not being able to continue the community classes which has a large number of clients that attend on various days, each week.  To continue supporting them, she decided to set up online subscription classes and a number of free beginner’s classes via email or WhatsApp group.  Both ideas became a great hit and original clients were able to carry on benefiting from exercise and the stress relieving workouts in the comfort of their homes.  Still having some form of way to communicate with Fiona and other clients due to the classes bring streamed live.  It helped to create some form of normality as clients could still ask questions and talk to each other, and even have humoured conversations in real time.  Fiona’s expertise is second to none and is continuously studying and updating her knowledge to ensure she always brings the best exercises to her clients, all of which vary in ages and abilities.  Fiona is Always striving to achieve the very best results and helps clients reach their goals.

So exercising during lockdown, couldn’t be any easier.  You can do the weekly live class with Fiona or catch up on it later when it’s more suitable for you.  Library of pre-recorded workouts all tailored to suit your needs from Yoga, Pilates beginner’s to advance, Conditioning, Seated Chair exercise there’s something for everyone, so why not jump into the monthly online membership group.
