Star Guest Buddy Jones

Meet Buddy… this cheeky chappie loves joining me on my Lives. Whenever I try and sneak around setting up for filming my lives, as soon as I press ‘go live’ he pops up ha ha… Now I just embrace him being there as he always steals the lime light and everyone loves to see him ❤ the odd occasion he does join in with his own style yoga, he’s got Downward Dog off to a tee 🤣 check out my social media pages and you will see the famous post.

So if you want to see more of Buddy then why not jump into my monthly online Yoga & Pilates Group.

Drop me a message and I’ll be happy to talk you through the group.

Enjoy the video clip 😁
